Well, after making our first article about core i7 processor and first LGA 1366 mainboard review, now it's time to write our opinion about triple channel memory. As we know triple channel technology is present by Intel with it's core i7 platform, this technology combine three memory modules to work under triple channel mode. This configuration expected to produce better bandwidth to bring the data transfer to the next level.

The Package

The first brand to come to our labs is coming from Patriot with Viper family. The outside package is using black box model with viper series label at top side. At the left bottom there is a small logo that told us the XMP capability of this modules.

The information about the stock speed and the amount of the memory is given by the sticker next to the XMP logo's before. At the back side, the only necessary information that we may need is about the headquarter info and the product serial number. S/N using small bar code sticker stuck at the bottom  right side.

At the inside of the outside box, there is also have two more package that cover the three memory modules the first blister pack contain two modules, while the other is one more.
